Team Billy Taylor, REALTORS® is seeking experienced agents to join our Team.   We are a dynamic, fun team that enjoys working together in an environment that is collaborative.  We have a wide range of experiences and skills that have contributed to the overall success of our team.  Our Team office launched in March 2020 and despite the pandemic, we have become the largest real estate Team within the Beverly-Hanks, REALTORS® company. We started with four agents and have grown to 9 additional agents. 

 

Our team is led by Billy Taylor, who has won numerous awards in sales, including the Beverly-Hanks Chairman Sales Circle (over $10 million in sales). In 2018 he was the #1 individual agent, selling 60 total properties with a sold volume of $28+ million. He continues in the Chairman Sales Circle through 2021. Team Billy Taylor, REALTORS® was named one of the Top Performing Sales Team for 2021 and joined the President's level sales circle ($20 million-plus in sales).

Our motto to our clients is:  "We work hard for you!" and "We thrive better together."  In 2020, we were able to offer beautiful, accessible, unique homesites in east Asheville, on Cane Creek (The Farm at Cane Creek), south Asheville in Mills River (The Farm at Mills River), and our unique investment property development in Fairview, Cedar Cliff Village). These developments have almost been completed with the final phases having begun for the last phases of each development and Cedar Cliff Village is now sold out.  In 2021 we released Tryon Equestrian Farms and already seeing outstanding progress.  Come join us as we look to 2022 and beyond while we expand new communities and properties in Lake Lure, Hendersonville and surrounding.  We're ready for you.
